The volume Rights and Opportunities for Childhood and Adolescence - Guidelines for the designing of measures provided for by Law No 285/1997 is an instrument to aid in the elaboration of projects eligible for funding under Law No. 285/1997.

It consists of three closely-related parts. In the first one, the general aims and objectives of the law are explained and some methodological suggestions and work paths are offered to those who will be involved in the implementation process. The second part of the volume gives a broad overview of the actions that can be carried out within the framework of the law. Finally, the third part of the guidelines provides information on the tools to elaborate and manage, from a technical and administrative point of view, projects and local plans.
