The National Review of Childhood and Adolescence is divided into four sections:
- Thematic Focus: Contributions on the legal issues of greatest interest and relevance in the public debate. They are distinguished into normative frameworks, which introduce readers to a specific topic by providing the main information on its regulation, and legal analyses, which examine laws or other instruments in a detailed and analytical manner.
- Current Issues: Contributions on specific issues concerning the rights and protection of children and young people through the analysis of the most relevant case law in the light of the current debate on the subject.
- Legislation and Case Law: The main new legislation and case law on childhood, adolescence and families.
- Insights from Literature: A selection of the most recent national and international monographs, articles, and grey literature related to studies and research on relevant topics.
The Thematic Focus section of this second issue discusses the inclusion of minors with disabilities in educational contexts, minors and artificial intelligence in Europe, and the 6th National Plan of Action and Interventions for the Protection of the Rights and Development of Children and Adolescents.
The contribution in the Current Issues section addresses the topic of Fostering minors. When does conflict between parents prevent the sharing of parenting?
