The National Review of Childhood and Adolescence is divided into four sections:

• Thematic Focus: Contributions on the legal issues of greatest interest and relevance in the public debate. They are distinguished into normative frameworks, which introduce readers to a specific topic by providing the main information on its regulation, and legal analyses, which examine laws or other instruments in a detailed and analytical manner.

• Current Issues: Contributions on specific issues concerning the rights and protection of children and young people through the analysis of the most relevant case law in the light of the current debate on the subject.

• Legislation and Case Law: The main new legislation and case law on childhood, adolescence and families.

• Insights from Literature: A selection of the most recent national and international monographs, articles, and grey literature related to studies and research on relevant topics.

In the Thematic Focus section of this issue, the topics discussed will include mental well-being in minors, the protection of minors online, and parenthood following Judgement no. 68/2025 of the Constitutional Court.

The Current Issues contribution addresses the topic of the direct recognition of intended parenthood. An analysis of the jurisprudential framework in light of Judgement no. 68/2025 of the Constitutional Court.
