Promoting and developing, on a national scale, the innovative model of the network of workplace crèches as a strategic tool to support parenthood and work-life balance: this is the aim of the Letter of Intent signed between the Cresciamo il Futuro Foundation and the Minister for Family, Birth and Equal Opportunities, Eugenia Roccella. The document stems from the awareness of the importance of balancing family responsibilities with work commitments, and supporting equal opportunities and birthrate through high-quality educational services.
The agreement outlines a framework of collaboration aimed at strengthening policies in support of families and birthrate, promoting children’s wellbeing and work-life balance, developing a national network of workplace nurseries accessible not only to the children of employees of participating companies but also to local communities, and encouraging the establishment of new educational services in areas with limited offer. The Cresciamo il Futuro Foundation is committed to defining access criteria, a governance model, and a dedicated technological platform, while complying with pedagogical and safety standards and expanding the network.
